1. We will communicate with you
You should never have to chase your bookkeeper for answers. We respond in a timely, professional way and keep communication clear. You will always know who to contact and what is going on.
2. We will complete the agreed work on schedule
If something is included in your service agreement, it gets done. Monthly work, cleanup, and reporting are completed on the agreed timeline assuming we receive your information on time. Good bookkeeping is a partnership but expectations are always clear on both sides..
3. You will not receive surprise charges
You should never be caught off guard by an invoice. Your monthly scope is clearly defined upfront. If something falls outside that scope, we explain it and get your approval before any billing happens. No hidden fees. No guessing.

What These Guarantees Do Not Cover
These guarantees apply to the work defined in your service agreement. If additional work arises such as cleanup, system changes, or special projects, it will be clearly scoped and approved before anything moves forward.
Timelines also depend on receiving your records on time. If your answers or banking information are delayed, timelines may shift. That is part of the partnership.
