How It Works

Steps to Get Started

  1. We start with a phone assessment to see if your needs and type of business match our services.  Our niche is service based businesses and we only provide Quick Books online services, no desktop versions.
  2. If we are a match, Amber provides a quote over the phone to help you decide what to expect.
  3. To protect our business relationship, a service agreement is emailed out to you.
  4. Upon signing the agreement, you invite us into your Quick Books online subscription. You have full control to cancel our access at any time.
  5. Depending on which services you need, we collaborate to set up QuickBooks and pass documents back and forth via email to complete the reconciliations, catch you up, or make corrections in QuickBooks.
  6. If you would like to be completely hands off, Hubdoc.com is an extra service we collaborate with to help us securely pass financial statements between us. Or some customers of trust us with their banking access to complete bookkeeping tasks. Whatever you’re most comfortable with. Your options will be explained and your wishes will be carried out.

Online Documentation

Sync and send your documents online safely and quickly to us by using Hubdoc or Dropbox. We can help you set up both and make passing online documentation super simple and easy. Watch how Hubdoc makes this possible!

QuickBooks Online Software

QuickBooks Online monthly subscriptions allow you to choose what you need and access information on the internet from any computer. We can help you pick the plan and get set up. If you have QuickBooks Desktop software it will easily convert and dump right into QuickBooks Online. Try out this test version for yourself!
