Steps to Get Started

  1. We start with a phone assessment to see if your needs and type of business match our services.  Our niche is service based businesses and we only provide Quick Books online services, no desktop versions.
  2. If we are a match, Amber provides a custom quote via a Zoom call to build you a specific service list and price that is custom to your size business. We believe in giving you exactly what you need and don’t charge by the hour.
  3. Next, to protect our business relationship, a service agreement is emailed out to you with your custom pricing and scope of work.
  4. Upon signing the agreement, you invite us into your Quick Books Online subscription and the onboarding process begins.
  5. Depending on which services you need, we collaborate to set up QuickBooks Online and pass documents back and forth to complete the catch up and clean up work, or perform monthly bookkeeping services.
